Calibration Result Error:

If the image appears shaky, make sure the calibrator is placed steadily and securely. If there are stains on the scanner glass, clean the glass and then run the calibration again.

Solution:

1. Update the software to the latest version.

2. Clean the calibrator.

Cleaning method: Use **dry air only. Do NOT use water or any liquid to clean the calibrator.
You can use the air function of a 3-way syringe to blow away any debris, or gently remove it with a long cotton swab.

3. Clean the protective glass

If there are stains or fogging on the protective glass, similar to condensation or fog on eyeglasses, clean it with anhydrous alcohol (water-free alcohol).

4. Place the calibrator on a stable, level surface, or place a mouse pad underneath it, then run the calibration again.

5. Restart the software, disconnect the scanner, and reconnect it to a different USB port.

6. Try using a different calibrator and run the calibration again.
