1.Please check whether your Intel and NVIDIA graphics cards are working properly.

Search for Device Manager in the taskbar and open it-- open the Display adapters.

If GPU status icon differs from the screenshot,the graphics card is abnormal.

     NVIDIA GPU error:Reinstall NVIDIA driver.

     Intel GPU error:Contact laptop aftersales.

2.Please check whether  your NVIDIA graphics card driver version meets the requirement.

How to check graphics card driver version:

right-click the taskbar of your PC – Task Manager – Performance – GPU(NVIDIA)

3.Please upgrade the software to version 1.9 or above.

How to check software version：

4.If the issue remains,please share your remote access(Teamviewer  or Anydesk)
