Pre-scan and tooth preparation guidelines for clinics
- The principle of shoulder and edge scanning: fully exposed and clear, without saliva or blood.
- Prepare the subgingival blade-like edge, which requires the same depth, the gums are not injured, and there is no blood or swollen.
3. If the abutment is equipped with a shoulder (non-supragingival shoulder), it must be treated with gingival retraction; if it is a subgingival shoulder, double-line gingival retraction is recommended.
