Calibration Result Error:

Solution:

1. Make sure the scanner is correctly inserted into the calibrator.

2. Check whether there are stains or moisture on the protective glass.

① If there are stains on the outside of the protective glass:
Moisten a lint-free gauze with anhydrous alcohol (water-free alcohol) and gently wipe the glass in one direction.

② If there is moisture inside the protective glass:
Turn on the scanner and keep it in scanning mode to allow it to heat up for a while. If the moisture cannot be removed, send the scanner back to the factory for inspection and repair.

③ If there are stains inside the protective glass, the scanner needs to be sent back to the factory for inspection and repair.

(While scanning, you can click the heating button .This will warm up the tips again. )

3. Check whether there is any dust or dirt on the calibrator.

4. Restart the software, disconnect the scanner, and reconnect it to a different USB port.
